Yes...But do not deal with Shelby at the front desk she is incompetent...My fiance and I went in to upgrade our memberships transaction was made & paid for come to find out over a week later the transaction was cancelled & 4 mins in for someone reason & it was as if we never did it...So it's been a big mess I still have classic & my fiance has NO membership due to Shelby's incompetence...We were told by this westshore branch 3 or 4 times that she would make this right & she never did...We got excuses that she was not there , she'll be in at a certain time to call you .Oh she is in training ...Oh go figure...Long story short we got everything rectified last night with a AAA agent over the phone who saw the issue & had enough sense to work with us & issue us our premier membership @ a better rate than Shelby the incompetent one.. So if you go to that westshore branch DO NOT deal with Shelby....The End
