I pulled in for a PM service. Told to wait 1 1/2 hrs. 3 1/2 hrs later put in a bay and sat for 2 hrs. 2 more hrs finally finished. Down the road they shorted us 2 gal of oil and coolant. Be forwarned.

Call them in and take pictures

They generally don't top off coolant. They are supposed to show you the dipstick before they close everything up in fact it was on the checklist they gave you after the pm, just before you paid.
