Just visited this property and I can honestly say the office girls are great. I was frustrated because I was unable to get to through the phone. But once you’re there you will understand. Will be putting and application even if I have to be on wait list, property looks amazing but the staff is what sold it for me.

This review is more about the workers who make this apartment what it is, Francisco (maintenance man) and Marjorie (property manager). I've been living at Lakewood for almost 9 years now. Francisco has been here longer caring for the property. I've never put in a work order that has not been completed. He cares for this complex as though it was his own. Mind you, some of the residents don't make his job easy. If you are a person who takes care of your apartment unit, this will be of importance to you if you choose to live here. Marjorie is fairly new, but man, have she made some changes around here, good changes. She is a woman of her word. She doesn't just listen to your concerns; she takes action. She makes this place safe, fair, clean, and friendly. She's the 3rd property manager since I've been here but has done more than any of them combined. While I have some unfavorable opinions about the main corporate office, Concord Cafe, there is nothing I can say about the employees who work hard and diligently for this Lakewood Pointe property. I minus one star because of Concord Cafe, not for the apartment complex itself. Thank you, Francisco and Marjorie, for all you do.

Literally just sat here and called 13 times in a row, left a voicemail mail a day ago, and emailed them through the site like they prefer for 2 days straight, and then showed up at the office on my off day around 10am(and of of course no one answered waste of trip) and not once have I gotten a call back or some type of acknowledgment on anything! This is truly ridiculous they obviously need better staffing asap.

It all depends on your income. The office works from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. ( Office closed Wednesday and Friday). Good luck!!
