On the outside, it's a nice place. There are some great parts to this complex. The Maintenance man (Corey) works quite hard daily to keep the grounds picked up and cleaned of the much trash that finds it's way to the ground. The Apartment complex is only about a year old. So they are still looking new and it appears that they are working hard to get them back to looking new as people move out. Each floor has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. There's a garbage room on the 1st floor with large dumpsters. It seems like the garbage is picked up quite often. They have bi monthly pest control. Which I find not very helpful. (I've purchased my own poison) As with any complex, you have some people who are cleaner than others and more considerate than others. For the most part I find that people here are mostly good, and caring 💯 😊 the Metropolitan ministry staff here are wonderful, they offer many different types of services for adults and children. The cons are, not a good place to be if you have 0 transportation. No city busses come close to the complex. I find myself limited to Lyft. (Very expensive for daily transportation) my only other issue is the office staff is less than professional or even Personable. I have not spoken with anyone here who has been able to say otherwise. I have been requesting a form for my doctor, (so I am able to get grab bars for my showe)r since I moved in, 3 times I have asked. I've fallen in the shower 4 times now. But the office staff are so snippy that I actually dread trying to make any requests. This is not how you want to feel with the people who are in charge. Otherwise, I am Truly able to say that the apartment complex is very nice and very comfortable 😊

This review is solely because of the constant elevator problems. We have families with children that live on the second, third, and fourth floor. The elevator has been broken six times since I've moved here in April. That's nearly once a month and when it breaks, it remains broken for an average of four days to a week. That is unacceptable. I have an old babysitter who cannot walk up 5 flights of stairs. So what is it that I am to do when working next week? No one was out yesterday fixing the elevator and this is Thanksgiving weekend. Families are going to be carrying whole Turkeys, Hams, pans of food, children, wagons, baby bags, grocery bags, etc up and down these stairs which is ridiculous. Have a little more empathy for your tenants please. There is no reason why this complex was just build and is having hazard issues with the bridges and elevators already.

Moved in Saturday, 17th of April and love my new apartment. Sandra has been very helpful and Fred the maintenance man is working diligently with the upkeep of the grounds. Pray we all appreciate this new dwelling place.

We have a 1.5 long waiting list for Sabal Place and 2.5 years for Preserve at Sabal Park . And yes Kathleen your right , Communication sucks ,there is no reason it just does
I would suggest calling the office and speak with the manager, Elizabeth. Or, if you are working with any of the social services (ie. metropolitan ministry, dawning family services ) you could speak with your social worker.
Call the property management office to check the status of your application. (813) 662-4217
