I lived here from 2013 to 2018. I really have nothing to complain about. While not 100% perfect due to age, it was a great place to live especially with kids. The neighborhood always had kids playing outside, which I love to see. My first day moving in we had a few neighborhood kids come knocking on the door to see if we had kids and if they could come outside to play. I have very fond memories as well as my children of living here. The size of the townhome, the location of the neighborhood, and the neighbors really made this place feel like home.

Moved in to completely renovated apartment in January. Have had a few very minor service needs and the work orders are easy to file online. The response is always within a day and they provide info so you arent wondering what is going on. They even make sure my cat doesnt get out while they complete services. Every time I have called the office someone answers. I waited a couple months to make sure I had a good idea of the place and I absolutely love it! My kid loves it! I am so proud of my home and neighborhood now. Neighbors are polite but not intrusive. Landscaping is done before it needs to be and its always clean. Big shout-out to Robin and Fonda in the office for getting me into my perfect home!

This is one the most unprofessional places I have ever encountered. My family was under the impression that whether you did not meet the credit score requirement we could put more money down as a security deposit. This place is smaller and cheaper than where we were before. We have great rental history and we have sufficient income 3x the monthly rent , so we were willing to pay whatever up front if needed but yet still denied. There is no way why the criteria for this place is so high with little to offer. Never ever has this ever happened to us before so to all please be aware before applying
