Is this a free of charge place to visit??

Anyway you do it, it's $10 per day for parking. If you walk to the convention center, you can probably look around for free. But if there is an event going on, they will charge you for admission.

If you want 2 just walk in & look around yes. But if they have an event. Then no you can't walk into the event rooms. But you still can walk around and see the place. Plus they have a small food court. A.C. is strong. Plus plenty of seating!
