Massive place. I thought HITEC was a big event but looks small in this convention center. Parking is expensive $20. Also be prepared to walk a lonnnng way! Event you always learn something new!

Can you really complain though? What? Conferences at the convention center. I attended the Global Pets Expo. I also had a meeting in one of the meetings rooms. It was a meeting for ~25-30 people and it was quite an experience. AV is provided by LMG.....ordered AV equipment prior to the event for the meeting and there were a lot of miscommunication... The delivery window was 8-12p at the meeting room and it showed up at 2:30p AND showed up at the booth as well the next day. A very sloppy job done by the company, even after so many confirmations. The food ordered was on time, the person that helped with the food did a great job, very disappointed at the selection though. What I thought was popcorn is box popcorn... The temperature of the room was TOO COLD and you can't adjust it by yourself. You have to call them to make adjustment. (call from the house phone, someone answers, no one answers from your personal phone). It was 60* in the room throughout... even at 5PM is was still cold. Very bad planning with no on site/go to person for assistance. Environment The show was nicely prepared. The parking is also very unreasonable. It is $20 for parking for the day..with no re-entry. What does that mean? Means you need to eat the food that is provided by the convention center. I bought a coffee for $6 and it wasn't worth it at all. Niceness of the staff Staff were overall nice, nothing that can be helped on their parts in terms of the complaining that I was doing Dollar Overly expensive from a consumer perspective. Yes? I can't decide I won't go, just can decide to prepare better.

Very well managed. They run a tight ship. The staff is mostly polite and takes care of things. -1 star for the lack of private area’s and the fact that staff gets very angry very quickly when you wander from the approved areas. You should install private booths or something, we need to be able to take a call without you blasting usher in the background.

Went to the Van Gogh immersion experience, very impressive...facility is huge (2nd largest in the U.S.) but parking was available ($10) on site. Great time down on International Drive...

Follow the signs for the west concourse. It may actually be easiest to pull up front where the Uber and Lyft drivers pick up. If you need parking that's on the other side of the building so follow the signs for the west parking. Also find out from your daughter what room number she's in. The lower numbers are on the north side of the building and the higher numbers are on the south side. The west concourse building is about a half a mile long so it's worth it to know which end she's on.
I recommend Google maps, or Google Earth, distance calculator. It's more accurate than any information you would get from posting a question here.
Depend on the show. Parking usually is $15
This is a general question forum. For specific events, it would be best to call the event sponsors.
There are a couple of places where you can get coffees. But if you want a Starbucks, you'll have to go to one of the hotels connected by the Walk way.
Sun Rail stops at Sand Lake road possibly the closest stop
Call
Great venue Orlando
👍
Service, yes
Should be sround 5 Miles
If a meeting or convention is going on, it is cool, but if they are still setting up, may be a little warm.
There wasn't anything when I went to the Van Gogh exhibit on the Friday after Thanksgiving
At the convention Center they will be here until Thursday the 11th
It depends
No, via a website that they provide the information.
Yes. It's a state testing site.
Only hir there is no appointment to arrive early it gets crowded
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) can be found along International Drive, in the Convention Center District. You may read more about the district here: www.occc.net/navigator
You will have to call them for such request. I'm not sure they will be tracking these requests through google on time.
There is a large parking lot around the convention center
Yes. By reservation 3rd party company deliver at the OCCC. There is no stand.
U can call their phone or via their site
offering 7,000,000 sq. ft. of space.
I don't think there is a pay by phone station there.
I think your talking about IDDBA, moves in June 2
Use Google maps. It's shows u
I am not sure on that I just know it is memorial weekend.
The Rosen Plaza n Rosen Centre are across the street from Orange County Convention Center.
Varies by event
Depending on the shows that are running yeah they will have beer and for some shows no also depending on the show depends on how and where it will be distributed. Sometimes it will be at a station on the show floor or in the restaurants if they use them.
The best you give the two and fernung and in Google and you even get information with public transport over the distance and what it all costs
This is really outside the context of what a local guide would be able to provide for you. I recommend that you call the Convention Center directly and pose your question to them.
I'm not familiar with handicap elevators. What are you looking for? All of the elevators are large enough to accommodate a full size wheelchair.
I have no idea of what about that show. Please call the Orange County Convention Center directly.
Only during work hours. Not overnight
I didn't encounter an entry fee. But, I did have a parking fee of $15 a day
Now that is a good ? & i dont remember? But every day parking on event days are $15 But if you say your looking for the FREEMAN parking for temp employees $10
Event parking is $$$ Tip - when u park. Tell them your looking for the FREEMAN parking for $10 Because your working for them at that event.
I don't know either but I also give it 5 stars...
It's not close due 2 the major traffic that will be in your way getting 2 OCCC But I can drive back streets
That depends on the event your going to. 50 to 5000 & up
Anyway you do it, it's $10 per day for parking. If you walk to the convention center, you can probably look around for free. But if there is an event going on, they will charge you for admission.
Hyatt
HYATT hotel
I'm not trying to be facetious, but that's the kind of question you would need to pose to them directly. Local guides have absolutely no control over what's on the web page, or any ability to change that. To be frank, I agree with you and it would be very helpful to have a phone number on the website.
Google the event, you should be able to purchase a pass online.
There's the Pointe Orlando area. There's restaurants and shopping as well. One is Tommy Bahama and lots of others. They are about 10-15 minutes walking with sidewalks.
Hilton, Rosen, Hyatt
Yes, the back of Hyatt.
This is really a vendor question.
Good afternoon this place is a convention place there are hotels around you. Check prices on their respective pages good day
Check information or website to be certain.
Try google map w both addresses It will show you the best way... Most hotels have shuttles. So does convention center.
They have a shuttle. Use google maps for specifics...
My experience was that Convention Center parking, which cost $10, was convenient to every Concourse. There was parking on either side of the convention center.
For walking, I think it will be less than a mile and can reach within 10-15 minutes...
It all depends
Adult ticket $9 parking $10 and held in the north b bldg
Only the people planning the conference can answer that.
The Tangerine Hall is located in the F Hall of the building
How many blocks to orange county convention center from best western hotel
Because the two buildings are on two different streets. You get to one and you're walking distance to the other.
If you're a public transportation lover, use the city bus as their pick ups seem more frequent and it's a little cheaper. You can get to a Magic game or City game from here pretty easily.
The closest and nicest beach is Cocoa Beach.
