You can take it to a hospital or possibly a doctor's office. Hospital will take care of it though.
I think I don't think they would
It's doubtful that they will take those things, unless we're talking about a walker or other non-medication/biohaz. You may want to check with the local sheriff's office. I know they have a drop for drugs, but you may want to call first.
