If I could choose 0 Stars I would. If you live in Marion County please be aware of this company. They are overselling their products and provide terrible service. If you live in Marion County I would highly recommend purchasing from a local provider. I feel scammed after doing business with them.

I am very pleased with Victory Water for ten years now. I have had excellent service on the outside units as well as under-the-sink filters. No problems with the billing ever. The best person I’ve always dealt with was Cecile. She is the right and left hand to this company! Cecile has always been pleasant and helpful all these years for whatever I need - from the house deliveries to making certain my main unit works. Due to some parts weakening from the hot sun rays,Cecile arranged for a tech to talk me through what needed to be fixed. The tech was helpful and repaired as necessary. There is no job too big for Victory Water!

Has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They were very pleasant from the first phone call to the salesman, even the gentleman that came to my house to install My conditioner Very efficient explained everything to me, he even helped me fix something’s around my house while he was there. I would definitely recommend victory first water for anyone looking for a honest , trustworthy company!
