Yes, they have a nice kids section toward the back on the right after you walk in the front door. It trends toward older classics like Doctor Seuss, but they definitely have some very high quality kids books. Not much for babies though.
It's near NCSU and old downtown Raleigh so most of the books are adult and textbook focused. They have records, antique books, textbooks, self-help books, a small selection of young adult. Although I have not looked for children's books specifically, if they do have them it's a small selection simply because the store isn't that big even though they have a storage area in the back. Now, I can tell you they're extremely helpful and organized. So, if you call for a specific book they can find it relatively quickly.
