I have savere peanut allergy do you cook with penuts or use nut products?

I would say the traditional vermicelli dishes have peanuts on the top. If you have severe allergies and cannot tolerate restaurants that use nuts at all (even when they aren't present in your dish), I would say to stay away. Better safe than sorry.

I would definitely call to find out. A lot of Asian restaurants use peanut oil.
