Dr Smith performed cataract surgery and did an amazing job. My last appt was a follow up to the surgery as well as annual testing. Staff was very nice and answered questions I had about the tests. Dr made me feel very comfortable and was very kind and helpful with my additional questions. All too often I feel like I being bothersome with all my questions. Staff and doctors here did not make me feel that way. Recommend this group for top notch service. thank you again for my new ‘eyes.’

I had a great experience at Pacific Eye Institute. The office staff were efficient and friendly. Scheduling was easy and I was seen within a week of calling. I was seen quickly once I arrived by Dr. Biro, who was personable, professional and very thorough. He took time to explain my eyelid condition, gave me options and recommendations, and when a procedure was needed, did a great job. Very pleased!

I was so anxious about my mother’s eye surgery. She’s already blind in one eye and I was nervous about her second one. The minute I met doctor Soni I felt at ease. When we arrived to the hospital, from the front desk person to the nurses and doctors and every single person, they were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel comfortable, especially since English is our second language. They even brought us three people that speak our language. Furthermore, while we were waiting, a staff member would come every while to ask us if we needed anything. And after the operation, they followed up and made sure everything is okay.
