So it appears that each location has it's own standards. 2 or 3 weeks back I tried a different location for the very first time in years. I was pleasantly surprised at that location and let the manager know that. Well, on this latest visit, they were light on the ingredients so I spoke to one of the employees there. He verified for me that the way they prepared my food is how they were trained. Wow, so different than my previous experience. That wasn't the end of it, I ordered my food without sour cream, and sure enough, there it was. After getting it replaced I went ahead and ate my food. When I was done, I just happened to look at my receipt and low and behold, I saw that the combo I ordered came with a large drink. Of course, I didn't get that either. They were confused on how to take care of the problem and made it even more so when they were reminded that they didn't have anymore large cups. This was an interesting experience.

Whomever the younger lady is who's working the window right now (9pm, Wednesday) is really, really sweet. There was a tiny delay (like, maybe a minute or two tops) and she apologized twice? Just wanted to let everyone know that this person was great, professional and super friendly. Hard to find, in this area. Well done.

We went there last night …arrived at 10:52pm and they stated they were closed! The sticker on the window still said 12am….the guy was so rude…we said the time on the window says 12am….he said….oh yea we close at 11p so have a good night and closed the window Just rude and so I looked on the website….who looks on the website for taco bell? The hours reflect the correct one’s…..but failed to update at the actual store!! We know most of them close late or are 24hrs

So I’m confused. It was about 10:45 and I was second in line in the drive thru. The car in front of me got there order taken, no problem. Then I pulled up and they said they were closed??? So yeah, whatever…idk why they took the order in front of me put them wouldn’t take mine. Then I had to wait for about 15 minutes behind the car in front of me while they paid, got there food, and either chatted or yelled at the employees 💀 anyway I stopped by the window to ask what time they closed since it was like an odd time to say that they are closed. But they wouldn’t open the window. I get it. Just kinda weird they took the order in front of me but not mine.
