11 AM Tuesday through Friday. Not sure about the gizzards.

Lunch is served at 11am Tuesday through Friday, they only serve Breakfast only on Saturday no Lunch, closed on Sunday and Monday

I think around 11am or noon is when they start serving lunch. They have gizzards everyday until they run out.
