Amazing food! My husband & i live in Midway but like to come to the Lexington Farmers market. One Saturday, the owner/head chef of Shoto was making a curry dish there for people to watch. It was fun watching him cook & he was so nice! His dish was delicious, made us try out his restaurant and we love it. Now, we make farmers market & Shoto a day date ☺️. Love the atmosphere and service is always stellar!

Food was ok. A little on the sweet side for us. Biggest complaint was the server. She took our order. We got our food. My husband ask for another beer and some salt. Had to ask again for the salt and never got the other beer. She never came to the table for refills or to see if we needed anything. The hostess finally brought us our check. The large table of people beside us keep getting appetizers sent from the back and refills. Overall very disappointed in the service.

This place was great. The ambiance was nice, kind of laid back but family friendly. Our server was really nice and sociable. The food was amazing flavor wise and not too expensive considering the portions! Typical Japanese American style food but the flavor choices were vast and quite impressive. My whole family couldn't stop eating or mentioning how good it was throughout the whole dinner. There is a cute lounge bar there as well but it was closed unfortunately. Definitely a great experience and will be going back again soon!
