Because the town rolls up by 10. Small town business
Most of the downtown traffic is gone by 10:00 and most are closed maybe in the future as downtown grows and more of a demand might stay open little later but usually by 9 or 10 there not enough traffic to be profitable
Probably because its a small local business and they would like to be home with their families. This isn't a giant chain with that type of man power.
