Positive: I enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The location was perfect for me to quickly access the interstate to get to my venue. The room had all the essential amenities. Negative: The hallways have an odor.

There is no way this hotel should have won a GOLD award. The pool was broke, no notice provided before we got there (however, I received multiple emails including one on the previous day making sure I was still coming). The only working ice maker was on the third floor. None of the soda machines worked, I was told by the staff, 'yeah someone should buy some sodas and fill that sometime'. I booked two rooms, it would have been nice if they were next to each other. The one room was supposedly cleaned, maybe the bed made and vacuumed but that was it. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower, there was still hair allover the sink and sink counter, the shower curtain was dirty, there was left over fruit loops from the previous stay under the night stand. When you book a room at a Non-Smoking hotel you do that for a reason, you do not need to walk out the front door to the hotel staff smoking with one on each side so that you have to walk through a plume of smoke to get into and out of the hotel. There is no way this hotel should have ever won any awards other than dog hotel of the year maybe!! I like my dog more than that so I would find a better place for them also. Go elsewhere!!!

If you are looking for a great place to stay for you or your family or company and you are planning to be stopping and or staying in Lexington NC don't even second guess it for a Mila second about staying here because I'm a stickler about staying in a clean, safe , respectful, courteous, place for my entire family which also includes my 4 legged baby's my 2 little Chihuahua's which means yes pet friendly and the pet fee per night is reasonably priced as well as the cost per night to actually stay here is as well. You want regret deciding to stay here or book your reservation in advance however you just might if you don't stay here and go to one of the other hotel's/motels right in this same vasinaty;! Great job to all of you at the Quality Inn and suites and a huge thank you for the wonderful stay my family and I had it was greatly appreciated

Service and staff are amazing. Hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds. The only thing I didn’t like was the guy in the room next to us smoking weed. Chris moved us immediately though and tended to us efficiently. Amazing service. Hope that weed guy got charged every penny for the issue. Let not a bad neighbor slight the service though. They certainly took care of it.
