Did not get pan pizza as ordered but thin crust. Hardly any sauce on wings and pepperoni pizza tasted old. Mt Pleasant Pizza Hut has the worse customer service. They will not answer the phone and the corp office is no better.

Consistency - sometimes the pizza and service are great, sometimes both are abysmal. I am also disappointed that I did not receive a code for the Book-It t-shirt, I understand it was limited, but supplies seemed to run out very fast.

My pizza was dry and over baked. And I ordered pan pizza. This crust was not pan pizza crust. I do t know what happened. Usually the pizza is really good. I will think twice before I order again. Not as good as I remembered all 3 pizzas were in one long box which wasn't getting in the front seat. No curbside pickup having my 3 yr old it's always nice to have that luxury. The brownie as tuck to the foil and broke apart as I tried to cut it, and way to much sauce on the pizza for me.l loved pizza hut growing up but the changes today will make ne choose elsewhere sorry.
