This place is super gross, beware.
The on lake and off lake are for the people that chose to live here. If you are looking for weekly its $250 for half month and $500 for full month. All in the center or around smaller lake
I actually live here and though I don't use the shower facilities so i'm not sure what they are like, otherwise I love it here. There are two sides of the park, the monthly rentals and the campsite side. It is much nicer on the monthly rental side! Once we sprayed for flys it's been a minor problem, it's a campground, it's safe to say there should be a bug or two we love the ducks and geese and we've caught catfish and have enjoyed its bounty! The only questionable people would be on the camping sites in my opinion.
They don't have weekly rentals, only nightly and monthly. Unless you get monthly, you have to leave after 27 days, stay gone 3 days and then you can return. The way to get around this is leave BEFORE your 27th day, stay gone one night and then you can come right back, but if you max out the 27 day stay you can't come back for 3 days. If you are only going to be here a few weeks, my advice is to get a passport america membership. Its only $44 a year and lets you pay 1/2 price between Mon- thurs ($15 instead of $30), Fri, Sat AND Sunday nights is $35. However, a quick question for you- Why on earth would you want to stay in this cesspool ? It smells awful, between that swamp they call a "lake" and the dairy farm across the street. Its got sooo many bugs, esp. spiders and flies. The manager is a rude witch, the office is never open to buy ice or snacks when you want it to be and god help you if you don't buy shower tokens on time, you're screwed.
