This is my home park and it’s definitely a hidden gem in San Jacinto. The manager is a fantastic lady named Teresa and she has a great maintenance guy named Gabriel. I am very fortunate to have discovered this place.

Inexpensive rent. Keeps increasing yearly. Trying to clean up the park .New landscaping and adding newer mobile homes yo the park.

The park rent is constantly being increased as if it were the Taj Majal. It starts at the low $400's for single wides up to $600 for dbl wides. How did you acquire my name?
