FIND ANOTHER DR.!!!! Dr. Gupta was my brothers pulmonary Dr. and Dr. Balu was his FRONT PRIMARY Dr. on behalf of Mrs. Gupta (which is not only a conflict but UNETHICAL!) My brother was prescribed medications with NO follow up bloodwork, referrals, xrays or PET scans. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Balu failed to provide my brother with the care and treatment plan for his cancer! Dr. Gupta is on the board of Hemet Hospital now Hemet Global Medical Center. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Gupta's staff did NOTHING for my brother! Dr. Gupta sent my brother to Hemet Global Medical Center for a collapsed lung due to a procedure Hemet Global Medical Center performed! My brother walked into Hemet Global Medical Center, released 21 days later in a wheelchair with blistered swollen legs and feet! A week after my brothers passing Dr. Gupta's nurse called to confirm an appointment for my brother! We paid the ultimate price for their negligence!! It is ALL about the insurance payout!!

The doctor is wonderful, unfortunately, his staff does not have the attitude the doctor does! Office staff thinks you are nothing more than an interruption of their time. Note this does not apply to the doctor's nurse assistance. 86 y.o. hubby went for sleep apnea test. The facility did not even have a urinal and I had a choice of looking nearby for one, or, going 5 miles home to get one. Young men at sleep study center could not have cared too much less. When we met with Dr. Gupta, he immediately instructed office manager to purchase some for the center.

I love Dr N. Gupta she truly cares about my medical problems I believe.. however , the reason for 3 stars is I waited over two hrs in her office arriving at my appt time so I walked out.. she was nice enough to call me and seemed to be concerned.. another reason is I waited over an hr for someone to answer their phone for appt or question, when they do answer , abruptly they put you back on hold and then you wait again for a long time, then they come back then transfer you to their recording.. horrible and unexpected and inexcusable for their staff rudeness and I have always been polite and courteous! I pay them to do me a service.. she needs to hire more people or train her staff more..and this has happened more then once.

Dr Guptas staff is Wonderful, five stars to all of you. It used to take forever to get things done specially referrals & medication refills now its done right away, the nurses and the referral coordinator are time efficient. For the people saying they are only there for a check, I happen to work with an insurance company and keep in mind, seeing 1 patient does not pay much, therefore they overbook and take a bit longer, which is understandable seeing as they wont turn a profit if what is mostly seen is probably low income insurances, please keep that in mind when you are writing your reviews. Keep up the good work staff !
