Ive lived here for approximately 22 years in this mobile home park. They are not professional at all. It seems there is a new management every six months. They seem to only want money and are unwilling to help. I can't wait for another manager

Place is nice to live but they are getting so strict with everything and so many rules. What you can't have in your property. Manager keeps bugging about cleaning the outside and after cleaning they keep saying is not good enough. They keep sending letters to clean more and fix things in your mobile home that don't even need fixing done.

I believe they have some for sale. I do not believe the park rents homes only space. You may have to go to private party to rent homes. That would be the owner of the home. You may want to call the park and confirm with them.

Are you inquiring about the space rent? I know it starts at one amount then the utilities are added and the amount increases. The person I know living there pays on average $800 to $850.
Sorry, I don't know the answer, moved out of the park 26 years ago. When it was "4 Aces Mobile Home Park, as I understand from friends that still live there, the park has had several owners and a large turn over of management. Last I heard space rent was $675. A month might be a lot more now. Hope that helps.
There there are two olympic size pools and jacuzzi is in a separate room large enough to seat 12 or more. They have a movie room a small gym card room two separate entertainment Halls one in which they play Bingo every week, change laundry room plus a line to hang your clothes are car washing area and horseshoes. There is a social club that meets regularly for dinners and parties and the guys often hang out at the pool on cool evenings. My parents have enjoyed living here for over 12 years now.
If you are asking about the space rent/lot rent, it depends on the mobile you are trying to purchase. It is best to ask the manager of the community once you know the number of the house you are planning to purchase. I have quite a few mobile homes for sale still available. I can also help you to custom order a brand new one, this option is preferred if you would like to choose the lot number, and features of the home.
