As a new home owner I 've learned the perks of living amongst nature. Suddenly I had a roach on my face at night.... Out of the blue I started to see them everywhere. Orion came and literally after a week I stopped seeing them: ZERO!!!!! And because it gets better I left my garage open to a RAT and its family.... It haunted me foe about amonth damaging everything it could as it found access inside the house. I tried every trap and poisin and spent all I could in non working solutions until Orion came again, this time the owner himself heped me so much. Reviewed all critical points, went up in the attic, followed up via text and calls, came back to reload our traps. You name it! He took care personally of this nightmare.... Again ZERO rat amd my piece of mind is back. Bugs and Roedents arent in my like list so I really appreciate the work they do.

I give two stars because they answer the phone sometimes and show up but it been 1 year almost and my ant and roach problem keeps getting worst after spending so much money. The guy that comes shows up for two minutes and spray a smelly spray everywhere and leave. We switch to hulet 2 month ago when the contract was over and now have no more ant and roach.
