I would call and find out because there's nothing worse than having a desire for something and it not bring there or being sold out. Call and find out and then reserve a loaf or two.
Their country bread and derivative loaves are based on old sourdough recipies. They are not specifically called sourdough so don’t look for that name. If you prefer sour taste, you should ask if they have more sour breads on the day of.
It should have new batch everyday, but I think you have to be there at around 4:30 pm.
