Upon arrival, there was a long line, but it does move fast. In 15 minutes we were ordering. Do not come hungry, you'll want to order everything, hence the no picture of what I ordered, I ate it and didn't think of taking a picture. 😁 the bread pudding was like no other. I highly recommend enjoying it there with a coffee. Just leave your pets at home.

Finally at Tartine! The pastries were good, but not exceptional. Be prepared to know what you want, it is expected to order fairly quickly. The people who worked there don't wear gloves at all..... Place looks dirty especially the coffee area. Place has great potential but looking for a place to park your car could be a challenge.

I was told the croissants are amazing so I took a walk to find out. I bought plain croissants in order to have the true experience without added pizazz. I bought coffee as well. The coffee was good. The croissant, tho? It was the best croissant I’ve ever had. Lots and lots of other pastries as well. Ran out before I bought more!

Just adding to the thousands of previous reviews of how awesome Tartine is. Things to note: prepare for long lines. You can order ahead and skip the line for pick up. No seating or eating indoors right this moment. Pastries: - I fully recommend the Almond Croissant and the Lemon Tart. The Almond Croissant is made so right - crunchy outer crust, stuffed with almond paste filling and topped with toasted almonds. Can't compare a true almond croissant to the machine made stuff you get from places like Starbucks. The Lemon Tart was a pleasant surprise because I don't usually like tart things but this tart had the perfect balance of tartness and lightness and creaminess. It was not overpowering and the texture was just so right. - The Morning Bun was just OK for me. Looked and sounded better than tasted. - The Jam Bun was also OK. I did like the cream in the middle but wish there was more of it. The Hot Chocolate was OK - chocolate flavor was mild and not too sweet. The temperature was luke warm so I wish it was a bit hotter. Still, a perfect start to my day.

Often bread is available at 4:30pm.
Their bread menu changes from time to time. Better call to ask.
They will customize your order:)
Depending on the time of day, they usually don't run out until 2:00pm on weekdays. Weekends it's a little more spontaneous when they sell out.
Just saw on website --no shipping :=(
I think you're better off finding a local bakery my guy. Freshness would have a big impact on bread and I don't think they ship
Yes, they do have a few tables outside for outdoor seating.
No online orders here. You wait in line to be served to take out or find an available seat to eat in.
Unlikely safe for anyone who is gluten sensitive. It's a full-on bakery.
Miette, they have a couple locations but one is in the Ferry Building
simply, he asked for Indonesian food :D
No, sorry.
Yes! Bread. And I'm sure there are a few other menu items you could try
No, unfortunately not. If you live locally you could try postmates. They also have locations in LA and Seoul
Yes
Im not sure good choice
Not a lot
I would call and find out because there's nothing worse than having a desire for something and it not bring there or being sold out. Call and find out and then reserve a loaf or two.
There are parking garages nearby and if you are lucky enough there is abundantly limited limited limited street parking. The street parking if you can get it unless you have a W parking sticker you would only be able to park one hour.
Just eat it, it's probably delicious
