We should’ve gone to Tenroku Sushi or Izumi in Japantown for that matter. I’ve seen more attentive kaiten-sushi chef that would ask me if what they have revolving around is not what I was looking for. Way too many rolls on the “boats” and some are just empty. 2 hours into closing time and there’s not much available to pick at they might as well pivot to a regular sushi place and give up the pretense of being a kaiten-sushi.

This is our favorite neighborhood sushi spot. We've been coming here for at least 12-15 years as the food & service are excellent: the house special roll is one of my favorites as well as their spicy white tuna, and don't even get me started on the unagi!! The boats are fun and a way to try something new as you can see what you're ordering, of course you can also order off the menu, highly recommend their Agedashi tofu bowl and gyozas. Say hello to Tiffany when you go by, she'll take excellent care of you.
