Not in the sence there's one across the American River in Rancho Cordova or further west past Arden way once you cross the bridge at "Goethe Park" or the re cray gay name it is to be known now. There are a few trails that you can sneak around on a bike but typically a aging hippie douchebag, gay hipster, retired yuppie shyster, or an arrogant Putin personified superior court judge will cut your trip through the park short. If you're old enough it all can give you a sense of being in the movie Caddy Shack. Back in my day we rode dirt bikes and shot everything that moved on four legs in the both county parks of Hoffman and Gothe.
There are bike trails. Nature trails. There are not bike trails that go along the river to other parks. If you'd like to do that go to Wiliam B. Pond. Wonderful paved bike trails
