As the others already stated, it depends on the temperature and the snow. Never longer than March. The last 2 years February was quite warm and many days the snow was very slushy already at 1 pm.
Late February to early March, mainly depends on when the snow melts.

Last year they had enough snow to make it through the end of March, but people stop coming once Phoenix and Tucson reach hot temperatures. When the clients stop coming they can if they still have the snow.
