Okay, I have answer for you guys. I'm the GC for this place, they are close till early March do to remodeling. They will be back in business latest mid March.
They are still completing renovations to the place. It isn't permanently closed.
For unknown reasons, Google refuses to mark the place as closed, saying that it fails to verify the current status.
