First time I went there and was examined the doctor said he found the area that was causing me pain sent me for an MRI after that I went back for my second visit and he said nothing wrong and nothing he could do. Danny sent me on my way still in pain. My guess is he didn't know when I say he I mean the doctor what type of insurance I had in my guess is it wasn't good enough for him or at least to give him enough money to make me whole again. Of course that's just a guess but it sure does seem a world to difference between the first visit when he didn't know what insurance I had to the second visit when he did.

I was seen on Tuesday July 13, 2021. The experience I received did not meet my expectations. I initially was pleased to get an appointment within a few days. Thank you, however I felt I was treated unfair. My referral states a 45 min assessment and was in and out of the office within 20 mins. This included the time I spent registering and waiting to be called back. I have been experiencing pain for months. The “therapist” asked a few questions had me walk and then turned me over to an assistant that gave me exercises to do. I was dismissed and told that I should be seen twice a week. I would have liked a more through process. Knowing that I have been in pain for months. I feel he could have done more. I left Liz the manager a message to call me to discuss. Let’s see how they handle negative feedback. They took my copay $70 and billed my insurance. This is unacceptable and I will be calling my insurance.

I have been a patient here for approximately one month. I have been treated by everyone, including the front office staff with nothing bur friendliness and mutual respect. I'm getting a bit stronger and hoping to dodge another surgery, because if I'm stronger, maybe the pain shall abait a bit. I think if anyone stopped and asked the staff how their day was, and treated them nice, you'd be surprised how nice they are. Thank you.
