Fantastic customer service. I wanted to restore some old hair clippers my dad used when he was a barber. They answered all my questions. They were patient. They were up front about what they could and couldn't do. They even helped me locate someone who could help restore some of my dad's other barber equipment. They didn't try to upsell. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. It wasn't just me. They interacted with other customers the same way. If you cut hair for a living or want professional grade barber tools, this is the place.
