Bought a used tire here and they wanted cash because the cost was low, which was great. However they guy told me the warranty expired at the door. Well I went to get the tire mounted and it had a hole. So be wary of the used tires.

No they do not mount and balance. I have found most local tire shops will do that for you for a modest charge. For my Model A the charge is $20 per wheel for mounting tires and tubes. That charge is when I bring them the wheels. They charge more to remove and replace wheels from the car.
Lucas sells them in many sizes. Give them a call.
