There's a nice little garden with a pond at the top and you have a view of DTLA skyline. You can also take the stairs if you don't want to pay for the railway or can't wait for the next car up.
Part of old town of la, but its not for the view, it's that thrilling ride!
Walk around and see the view of different directions... it's more for the nostalgic ride on an old trolly car, than the destination it is bringing you to.....
