Just saw on Bosch TV show (Amazon) why did they even bother building for such a short distance. You'd walk up faster than buying a ticket, finding a seat and waiting surely :-) so funny how so many people like myself looked up after the show

It's a very steep hill and in old, pedestrian Los Angeles, it was a way for people to get upnto Bunker Hill.

Not only is it steep, but it makes carrying my to-go order from the Grand Central Market much more manageable. I can make it down pretty good, but carrying multiple bags and drinks back up the stairs is a whooooole different story!! Plus, the train car itself is old-timey beautiful craftsmanship. Definitely worth a ride just to check out the inside 👍
