I know a nine and ten year old that thinks it is great. I bought season tickets.
Funderland was primarily designed for children ages 2 through 12, but we regularly have children and adults both younger and older than that age range enjoy the rides and park. It is dependant on your eleven year old. It probably wouldnt be as much fun for an eleven year old as a 5 year old but there is a roller coaster.
Definitely for the younger crowd, 3-8
