Small ride park. I think they have 11 rides with only one not working. Funnel cakes and other snacks are available. They have a good amount of shade in the parking area but not so much around the park. A bit pricy and in need of a face lift.

I didn't even know this was next to the zoo. It's like mini amusement park for young kids. The price is awesome. You pay just to get in, than you can ride unlimited or until the close. My son rode on everything except 1 ride because he was to short. Both me and my husband were able to get on a couple rides with him as well. We went on Sunday and surprisingly the lines were not that long. We will be going back next chance we get.

My sister and I just took our three littles (2, 3, and 4 years old) here and had THE BEST time. We've been here many times before with our older kids, but they've made some really nice changes. Everything looked freshly painted, there was a really fun new swing ride and monkey zoo ride, the unlimited ride wrist band was so much easier than buying individual ride tickets (and good value for the price), and the workers were SO friendly and helpful. One worker in particular named Lucy took so much care and kindness with our 2 year old when she got scared on the monkey zoo climbing "ride" and wouldn't come back down. We couldn't believe how calm and patient Lucy was! We stayed all day and keep talking about going back! The rides were the perfect amount of thrill for our kiddos ages.

We had a wonderful time here. Just enough attractions to keep the kids busy. Open Wednesday-Sunday. We went on a Wednesday right when they opened. There was a small line to get in at this time. Big open areas. They are going by the honor system when it comes to mask. Most rides you have to be 48inches or be accompanied by an adult. They have a small concession stand where you can purchase food and beverages. Multiple picnic areas where you can have lunch or reserve for birthday parties. Bathrooms are located outside the park. Establishment is well kept and the staff was friendly.

Hi Eve! Thanks for your question. All ten of our rides and attractions have individual Safety Guidelines posted at each ride's entrance, and those individual guidelines are also detailed on our website at www.funderlandpark.com (just click on the "Rides" menu option there for details). A quick overview, though, is that if a child has "head and body control," where they can sit upright in a seat without being held up by someone else, they will be able to ride more than half of our rides, and, since nine of our 10 rides are rideable by both children and their adults, parents and grandparents can join them on their riding adventures! Let us know if you have any additional questions, and we look forward to your visit!
No you pay at the entrance. We went on a Thursday and there weren't many people there. No lines for anything
Their schedule is online sometimes they are opened you just have to check it on their website
Hi LaRhonda, Thank you for your interest in group rates at Funderland! We do offer a group rate on non-holiday weekdays, Monday through Friday, for a group minimum of 15 riders, all paid for by one group leader in a single transaction: $8.00 each for two hours of unlimited rides. We ask that you call us at least one week in advance, at (916) 456-0131, to schedule the event. We hope to hear from you! Sincerely, The Funderland Team
Hi Marvin, the tickets are not refundable for monetary value but they never expire so you can come back and use them any time after we reopen - January 19th, 2019. You can see the days and times we are open in January and February by visiting funderlandpark.com/calendar !
Free entrance. Ticket Prices Single Ride- $2.25. Ten Rides- $19.95. Family Value Pack of 30 Rides – $44.95. Unlimited Ride Wristband – $19.50. Season Pass – $79.95 per person.
My wife and i always look for Groupon offers. They are by far the best deal. Depending on the day, most all day passes ( wrist bands) are only $22 to $25
Hi Ilsa! Thank you for your question! Funderland was designed for children ages 2 through 12, but, on a more individual note, when a child develops to the point of having "head and body control," which means when a child starts to be able to hold themselves upright in a seat without someone else holding them up, they will be able to ride more than half of our rides. Good news: Children under 34 inches tall are free but still receive free unlimited-ride wristbands, so we're the perfect first amusement park for parents to introduce their children to the amusement park and ride experience! Note also that Funderland's designers wanted parents to be able to share the ride adventures with their kids, so all but one of our ten rides and attractions are rideable by both children and their adults (one ride, our Oscar the Fisher ride, is only for children under 42 inches tall). Please let us know if you have any additional questions, and we look forward to your first visit to the park!
Hi Shirley! Thank you for your question! Funderland is currently temporarily closed for our annual short Winter Break. We have not yet announced our reopening date or admission pricing for the 2021 season. Please watch for our 2021 park operations announcements soon at our website, www.funderlandpark.com, where you can also sign up for our email Newsletter and be among the first to receive the latest park news! We look forward to seeing you in 2021, our 75th Anniversary Celebration Season!
Hi, Lisa! Thank you for your interest in Funderland! We are an historic 74-year-old, beautifully tree-shaded children’s amusement park with nine vintage rides (including a Carousel, miniature train, and roller coaster), most of which are also rideable by parents and adult guardians, four permanent photo op structures perfect for selfies and group pictures, and we normally also feature a concession stand. Funderland is located in Sacramento’s 100-year-old William Land Park within easy walking distance of the Sacramento Zoo. Please visit our website, www.funderlandpark.com, for updates on our summer operating hours and much more information about our park! We hope to see you this summer!
Thank you for your question, Kellsie. We are in the final planning and approval steps of building our new concessions cafe, which will have an expanded menu, and in-park restrooms building. Currently we offer amusement park mainstays such as corn dogs, nachos, churros, popcorn, cotton candy, a variety of soft drinks and more in a colorful temporary food stand. There are also a couple of restaurants and a supermarket sandwich prep/deli counter nearby, within walking distance. We hope this information answers your question, and we hope to see you soon at Funderland!
Thank you for your interest in Funderland! It’s free to park in William Land Park, where we’re located, and admission to Funderland is free as well. You can purchase tickets for our rides at our Ticket Office inside the park. Each ride takes one ticket per person, per ride, for any-aged rider. For more detailed information please visit our website at www.funderlandpark.com, or give us a call at (916) 456-0131. We hope to see you soon!
For whom? Most of the rides are for toddlers and little kids..I would say..
That makes no sense at all
The zoo is a better option
http://funderlandpark.com/prices/ It can average around $2 per ride. Each ride just needs 1 ticket, which is avg $2 per ride, depending on the package you choose. I'm not sure about the programs you're referring to.
The website is pretty helpful for parties.
Individual tickets are $ 2.25 each. There are also packs of 10 for $19.95 (about $2 each) and packs of 30 for $44.95(about $1.50 each). Each ride takes one ticket per person. Some days you can get unlimited wristbands.
They are 19.50 but you only can get them Mondays - Fridays.... Non on weekends
Free entry. Rides require one ticket per rider per ride. However, depending on the age of the rider, an adult rider may have to go along and will require their own tickets. Tickets cost 2.25 if you by them individually, about $1.50 if you buy a pack of thirty. On weekdays there are wristbands for unlimited rides for one day for $19.50. A season pass for $79.95 gets you unlimited rides for the season. I'm not completely sure what the party deals are, but I do know partygoers essentially get an unlimited pass valid for two hours in addition to typical party stuff and that they start at $16.95 per person.
No, they won't open until Jan 20, 2018
$2.25 a ride, no admission fees
