Nice staff BUT they need make sure to service same staff person to same customer because they let a man run off with my friends new identification sac rt bus discount card and because they didn't pay attention to see the mixed stranger/ scammer was nothing like my round pale friend m my friend was like younger by 10 yrs by the looks. So they let guy have picture taken & take off with my friends new ID that's not right. They need to double verify not change hands who handles different customers it's ppl's identity at risk here. They were nice staff but not careful with my friends Identity so I definitely won't go back there.

Was waiting for the 25 and it completely drove passed me even with me waving my arms around. This is the second time a bus has drove passed me and left me stranded for the night. Not pleased with the recent services

Wife left her phone on the rideshare bus and the driver took good care of it for her. We did have to wait till the next day as they were closed before we could get there. They were very nice.

I agree with this, a clean environment will keep away diseases and vermin that cause illness. Ultimately that results in possible lawsuits and even mandatory shutdowns.
Contact RT customer services, and state a compliant. If enough people make some complaints about the crowding, and service hopefully RT might up the hours of operation. Like say the bus runs every 30 minutes change the service hours to every 15 minutes. Don't be afraid to speak up and hopefully you can get other riders to speak up also. Good luck.
I was told that cold air fights germs from being spread. Basically the same when you go to the hospital and it's cold as heck in there.
8am to 5:30pm
I also feel that they need to put a porto potty at each station
They hire new people and they don,t no where they are going. They come to early or they are late.like when you ride bus 56 you get on the bus 56 and it turns into bus 6 they won't you to pay again
Yes there is. The best one to go to is at 13st lightrail station.
Questions here aren't posted to Sacramento RT. There is contact info on their website (www.sacrt.com/aboutrt/contactus.aspx)
You probably will have to go to the 13th street station .
The seats on the access ramps? If thats what you're referring to, there aren't many left. I've never heard of anyone being injured and they've been around for years so I would imagine they are safe.
Maybe try going to main office at 13th street and R
Sac RT Gold Line Downtown-bound train to end of line at Sac Valley station. Connect to Capital Corridor train to Richmond, then take BART train southward to Berkeley.
RT mobile app and google maps both offer route information.
It says it right on the ticket. It will always give you a balance to how much you have left on your ticket.
Bus 67 or 68 towards 29th & j and take bus 30 and it will drop you off in front of the hospital
No
Call regional transit for start times at that location
Have you check the website for the new routes? http://www.sacrt.com/forward
Sorry don't know exactly what you're asking?
I. Have never been on. The gold line. Call Rt they might tell you why the gold line is always late.
Only RT can answer that.
The day before
I have tried to put 3 bikes on an empty bike rack and the driver said....no. I have tried it a couple of times and I have not been able to pull it off yet. But, like Daren said, it's up to the bus driver. I wish you good luck!!!
Im sure you will be able to put them all on the rack. Be aware that other riders uses the rack as well. Be mindful that as you lower the rack it's louder on the inside than outside when you're lowering and lifting it. Good luck.
The people answering these questions are not RT. You might want to call RT direct and let them know that #14 is needed.
U can put what u want on the card and keep adding money when you go on line u set up user name and password to account a daily fare is $6 and single fare in 250being the reduce the orice down again
Call 321 buss
9am
Call 916.321.buss Regional Transit phone number
The office on 13th street opens at 9:00 am. It's only open on weekdays.
I agree with Matthew, it is easier and faster to plot route on Google maps with the transit option.
Sometimes things happen and it causes the bus to run behind schedule
You can buy monthly passes at the ticket machines located in the stations, but with the money involved I would advise against that method. Going to the sales center at 1225 R Street (Via light rail to the 13th Street Station) is your best bet, or as mentioned by someone else, you can use the Zip Pass App, which if you are paying with plastic is your best bet.
Take 157 (EB) to Cosumnes River College, then 55 (NB) to Florin Mall & Florin Rd, then 67 (WB) to M L King Jr & 41st Ave
They dont have a lost and found
None. The 67/68 can connect you to 29th Street light rail to get to Meadowview station via 16th Street station, or you can walk to Broadway and take the Westbound 51 bus to connect to Broadway light rail and ride to Meadowview Rd.
