TSA appointment was a waste of time, go to airport instead. Probably not Staples fault but they work with IdentGo. Employees had no idea what was going on.

Beware of “Express Guarantee” at the print center. Went there with my son to print his color copy for homework on Wed evening at 7:30pm. 0.70 per page for color. Got the bill for “Express Guarantee” with add’l 0.84. Per worker “you didn’t want to wait. First of all I wasn’t given that option. 2nd of all I didn’t see anyone in front of me. Wasn’t worth arguing for that amount but this is shady practice.

My fifth time going to the store for posters and large banners for community events, the staff at the printing station are super helpful. Some even when behind their service to make sure everything is in the right fonts, margin, and sizes before sending it out to print. A Big thank and kuddo to the the staff.

Clean, Easy to Navigate, shelves are stocked. Nice clearance section. All Staples stores in Sacramento have the same layout which is much appreciated!
