Their grilled chicken salad is actually one of the best around. I don't doubt you may have had an under cooked piece of chicken, it can happen. Kings uses fresh, not precooked. The manager handled the situation poorly
I think that they do a fine job there No complaints
I think there food is good and if something comes out you don't like they fix or replace it. The girls are exceptional.
I never got there anymore because of this kind of thing. :(
