By far the worst motel I have ever seen. I was traveling back to my Hometown to visit my dad in the hospital.. I had traveled for nearly 11 hours by car. This trip was a very emotional trip because my father is in poor condition and may not make it. At the last second I decided to take a hotel room rather than interrupt my tired mother who had been at the hospital all day. I called the 800 number and was able to make a reservation. I'm very familiar with this motel because I've stayed in it in the past. When I arrived at the motel,The front desk clerk said to me "didn't you see the cone?". Apparently she had just mopped the floor and I came into the lobby through the obvious entrance but it was not where I was supposed to enter. She did not greet me by saying hello or how can I help you...that is how she greeted me. Apparently I was supposed to enter the keyed guest entrance which I later discovered is unlocked at all times so anyone has access to the interior entrances of the rooms. The guest entrance which is not locked in any way except by slide locks one is held by packaging tape. The clerk later apologized for her remarks and I went to my room.. When I opened the room door I was horrified. The room was 78ﾟ so I went to the air conditioner to check the temperature to find it seriously damaged and held into place by packaging tape. At that point I should have left but it was very late and I need sleep before I go see my father in the morning. The pictures can tell you the rest of the story. To say I'm disappointed in my stay would be the understatement of the century. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters about the conditions I saw.

The room was a bit small and the tub isn't quite big enough to completely soak in although the jets were nice. Not bad if you need a quick stay or if you're not spending the entire trip in the room

It looks a bit rough from the outside. It's definitely not the best kept place, but the rooms are nice and clean with a TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The beds were comfortable. Shower curtain seems a bit short for the height of the shower curtain bar.

Positive: The lady who helped with the breakfast was very helpful with several items which had run out. Negative: The painting in the room bathroom was very sloppy but the bathroom was clean. The bedspread had cigarette burns. The pillows were very small. The room took hours to cool down. No drinking glasses provided.
