You can try in 6 months. Thats what they told me. So i tried at 6 months and got it.
You should be okay for rehire unless you took the pay out

It Dependz because you Electronically Signed a Contract with the LLC nd there is a Voluntary or Involuntary Termination On That Contract...-Go 2HR again bcz there should be an Immediate Time-Frame On the Contract....
