Ya 4 hr parking when spend $30 but after waiting 2 hrs for your order then will cost $50 for parking. And parking attendance are getto and rude. Don't valet there either. Drinks are good but food is so so . You pay mostly for the beach scene.

I would plan 4 hrs. In the evening if you go later near dusk you can stay past the 4 hr limit. The food was served fast but if you want to eat, drink, visit, walk up and down the beach or even go on the pier plan 4 hours so you can soak up the views. Great photo OP location. I bet weddings here would be amazing.

As long as it stays open. If you do valet your car, the validation for parking is only 4 hours though when you dine in. I don't think there's a time restriction if you park along the road.
