You could also go to the theater I'm sure they can tell time of movie and will gladly refund you.
Hi Londa, common movie goer here. I'm not sure if they have a website but if you download the Cinemark app you can go under "guest services" and "request refund". Might just need to provide an email or something of the sort to prove it was you purchasing but I'm sure they'll get you the money back. Hope this helps!
