I got 4 tires from them December 2021 at first I had a good experience but they didn't have the tires I wanted so they offered me other ones they had so I said ok, 4 months later I noticed that my front tires had lost alot of the tread it was raining but I had to go to work, long story short I almost had an accident because of the tires, I call the shop the following day, bad service very unprofessional apparently there's no warranty for the tires even do I paid 1400 for them. So yeah they don't want to replace my tires when they know that the tires they offered me are super bad quality they a bunch of brands plenty stuff they promote but when you get there they offer you other stuff. My brother took his car here for lowering and the workers broke the front windshield and denied that they were the ones who broke it. Thanks to the front dash cam it captured everything. Also they broke the front wheel bearing by hammering the front axle and told them about it and the female at the desk said they cannot repair any damages. The axle repair cost him $3700 and $250 for the wind shield. I sent them pictures and videos of my front axle and wheel bearing and they did not agree to repair my vehicle. I will have to file a lawsuit against this business.

Bad service and overpriced. The lady was on the phone when I answered and was speaking in Spanish. And when I saw her in person, she was very rude. When I got there to get my nail off my tire they charged me over $90 for 3 nails. Ripoff, you're better off going to Calderon's tires off bas com ave. Overall worst experience at a tire shop.

Rey was very helpful. Fast service for my tire change. He also explained my warranty and I feel better about getting my service here rather than another place that would take advantage of a lady.
