Was visiting from out of town and dropped in to a 10am fundamentals class on a Saturday. Everyone was super inviting, the instruction was clear and concise, making sure we were able to get a clear number of reps in before moving on. Class concluded with a short rotation of rounds. A number of upper belts jumped in and let me work (relatively new white belt), but at the same time kept me humble. Awesome academy in regards to the instruction and the community!

I've been going to Heroes Martial arts on and off for about 8 years. Great place to train, great atmosphere and the instructors are friendly, and inviting. Come by and check it out if your in the downtown​ area. Or if you already practice bjj you can just do a drop in class. Highly recommended to all.
