It's is very strep. There are moments which I had to go on all my 4. I wouldn't recommend you take anything heavy. Comfortable shoes with a good grip are needed.

I would say no. The cave is up a pretty steep overgrown path. I haven't gone up to the actual cave yet, but all I saw was walkers and bicycles. Didn't seem moto friendly.
