Where do you recommend to park?

There is only parking along vanowen near the parks sign. Otherwise yous have to park near the intersection or outside someone's home. I suggest getting there early or an hour before sundown. There is more parking available then right on vanowen

There's no parking lot but only street parking available on Vanowen. The trailhead though is accessible from the street at the sign for El Scorpion Park
