When arriving is there a check-in? Do children go through in groups or is it entry on arrival? Also how long should we plan to be there and still get to try everything? Thank you as well for providing this free of charge! Pretty awsome of Hallmark!

Thank you for your interest in bringing your family to Kaleidoscope, a public service of Hallmark. Our creative art sessions start at 9:45, 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 1:45 and 2:45 Monday thru Saturday and last 50 minutes. Free tickets are available for that day’s sessions starting at 9:30 am. In general, we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the session you most want to attend starts to have the best chance of getting tickets. When you arrive just go to our front desk and the Kaleidoscope team member will be happy to answer any other questions. We look forward to your family visiting. Please note: we are closed December 24-25, January 1 and January 6-8.

Its a free service, large groups should check-in before arriving.

There is a checking desk. You can go as individuals or group. Just get a ticket which will have a time on it. They do limit how many will be in each entering group. It is free of charge.

There is a check-in desk where an employee gives you a brief introduction to Kaleidoscope and give you a free pass. There are set times when groups enter, but once you go in you're able to pick what you do and how long you stay. You can exit whenever you're ready.

They will handover passes for all the family members until they ran out of all the passes. Plan for being there for around 1 hour altogether. Yes, Thanks to Hallmark for offering this free of charge.
