The hands on classes do not require cooking experience. Everything is provided for you in a working kitchen. When you book it says 18 or older. Sometimes they offer children's classes which may include teens.

It's a demonstration class. The instructor does all the cooking, you watch and get to eat everything he cooks. Delicious! 😋
