I am a truck driver who has been to several of these Amazon facilities. I don't remember if it was this particular Amazon facility, but I have seen people come pick up their packages. There was even a sign directing them to that area of the facility. Actually, where I saw this happening was at the facilities that have lots of vans on site that are loaded with packages. One such facility may have been in Kansas City, Kansas. One may have been in San Antonio, Tx or Dallas, Tx. I assume these facilities are fulfillment centers as well. I never see vans at the Edgerton, KS locations, so I would assume you can't pick up packages.

No you can't. It's a warehouse not Wal-Mart. You place the order we pick it and then the packers box it and it goes to you. And yes I am an employee and have been going strong for going into my third year so yes I do know how it's ran. Have a heart day
No, I do not believe that is an option at any fulfillment center!
